Response Art:
The therapeutic presence as a potential for change in the art therapy process
The book sheds light on the topic of artistic response (response art) in therapy. The work delves deeper into the theme through experiences from the individual and group setting based on the dynamics of a responsive relationship. By looking at her own artistic work in therapy as a research object, the author illustrates the use of images by art therapists that emerge as a response during and after clinical work. Using illustrative examples, she provides an overview of the development of response art as an integral part of the art therapist's routine clinical practice.
